TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Jan 9, 2014) - Solutions4CO2 Inc. ("S4CO2" or the "Company") (TSX-VENTURE:SFC) announces that the Board of Directors has approved as of December 16, 2013, and January 1, 2014 the grant of an aggregate of 568,040 stock options (the "Options") to its Board of Directors and Management. The Options are exercisable into common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.30. Directors' options vest over the next six months and have a ten-year term to expiry. Management options vested on grant date and have a ten-year term to expiry.
