Mobile, Location-Based Search and Advertising Technologies

announce that its subsidiary Poynt Inc. has been granted a new US
patent for a "System, Methods and Apparatus for Interactive
Advertising." This patent and others already granted or pending add
to the portfolio of intellectual property owned by the Company.
United States Patent No. 8,732,016 was issued on May 20, 2014 to Poynt Inc., describing a system
and methodology for searching and presenting merchant and
advertised information to a user over a wide area network such as
the internet:
The system and method actively links manufacturer and
merchant information within a search query so as to enable a user
to conduct more efficient searching when seeking products or
services in a proximity or geographical area.
With respect to the Poynt Inc. acquisition by Sprylogics
announced August 1, 2013, here are
the additional US issued patents now owned by the Company and its
subsidiaries:
- US 8,315,178, Method and System for Wireless Message Based
Advertising.
- US 6,970,922, US 7,539,742, US 7,870,229, US 8,099,477. Network
for Targeting Individual Operating a Microcomputer Regardless of
His Location.
- US 7,941,430, Multi-Mode Location Based E-Directory Service
Enabling Method, System, and Apparatus.
