Scottish Radio Holdings ("the Company") announces that it has received
notification from Aviva plc that Morley Fund Management Limited (a subsidiary of
Aviva plc) has a revised notifiable interest in 1,712,786 ordinary shares of 10p
each in the Company representing approximately 4.89% of the issued ordinary
share capital.
