of the Company to spend more time on his extensive business

challenging commodity cycles of mineral exploration and mining with
the high point being the Central Mineral Belt (CMB) of Labrador
uranium staking rush in the years 2006 to 2008 when the Company
discovered the only significant new uranium deposit in the CMB, the
Two Time Zone. Mr. Hillier remains committed to the Company and
will remain a Director and Chairman of the Board.
Peter Dimmell, P.Geo. a Director since 2000 and VP Exploration

The Company would like to thank Mr. Hillier for his long service

with Silver Spruce as a Director and Chairman of the Board will
provide needed continuity, and an insight into Labrador and its
people.
