StorageVault owns 186 of these locations plus over 4,500 portable storage units representing over 10.2 million rentable square feet on over 600 acres of land. StorageVault also provides last mile storage and logistics solutions and professional records management services, such as document and media storage, imaging and shredding services.

They are non stop acquiring and building to take over the Canadian storage market. I love this market, people put stuff, in forget about it and keep paying monthly.

They just increased their dividend in August, still too low but they are focused on expansion right now, look forward to a much higer dividend in the future.
