announce the appointment of independent corporate advisory firm Bizzell Capital
Partners Pty Ltd ("Bizzell Capital") as the Corporation's corporate advisor.


Bizzell Capital is a boutique corporate advisory and investment firm providing
advice and financing to both private and public enterprises.


Focusing on transactions for small and medium size enterprises, Bizzell Capital
specialises in the provision of capital for expansion and development of
projects and companies in the energy, mining, technology and financial services
sectors.


Bizzell Capital was founded by Stephen Bizzell and remains a privately owned,
independent company. Stephen, together with his associated entities, has been a
financier, director and adviser to numerous projects and companies in Australia
and abroad. Stephen has been the architect and financier behind numerous
successful listings on the Australian and Canadian exchanges. Stephen stepped
down as Executive Director of Arrow Energy, a company he co-founded in 1999,
after its sale to a JV between Shell and PetroChina for $3.5 billion. He also
served as a Non-Executive Director of Bow Energy Ltd up until its takeover by
Arrow Energy Pty Ltd for $550 million in January 2012. 


Bizzell Capital has been engaged by Strata-X to assist the board and management
in the areas of corporate strategy including capital raising initiatives.
