("Virtus"), to develop and implement a strategic corporate communications program to increase Symbility's exposure among industry stakeholders and investors across Canada.

In connection with the engagement, Virtus has been awarded a one-year consulting contract effective Nov. 1, 2016 that includes a monthly fee of $7,500, plus HST. The Agreement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
