Target Capital Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TCI) is pleased to announce that its Board of
Directors has adopted a quarterly dividend policy, whereby the Corporation
intends to pay a cash dividend to shareholders of record as at the last business
day of each calendar quarter. Further, the Board of Directors has declared the
first quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per common share for shareholders of
record as at June 30, 2010. The dividend will be paid to shareholders on July 5,
2010.
