TAD Mineral Exploration Inc. ("TAD" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:TJ) wishes to
announce drill results from the Hazelton North Project located 18 km northeast
of Hazelton, BC.

Jason Gigliotti, a director of TAD stated, "We are very pleased that the results
returned verified what we were hoping to find on the Hazelton prospect. Not only
do these results encourage us to continue with a much larger drill program in
the future, but the discovery of tungsten in five of the six holes was
unexpected. These tungsten samples returned are currently being re-assayed to
establish grades. Management is encouraged at what this potential deposit may
provide in terms of corporate growth going forward for TAD."

A total of 371 split core samples have been geochemically analyzed at Acme Labs,
Vancouver, BC using multi-element ICP (aqua regia digestion) and mass
spectroscopy laboratory methods. The following table highlights significant
assay results:

The drill holes intersected numerous monzonite/rhyodacite dykes/sills which are
late stage emanations from Bulkley and/or Babine Intrusive Complexes, and are
the likely source of Au-Ag (Cu-Pb-Zn) bearing quartz-sulphide
(pyrite-chalcopyrite-sphalerite-galena-tetrahedrite) mineralization that occurs
as 0.3 to 1.1 meter interval length intersections of quartz-sulphide veins that
are spatially related to increased chlorite-sericite-silica alteration.

The two types of quartz-sulphide mineralization encountered were:

1) Banded and/or coarse grained pyrite-arsenopyrite

2) Banded and/or coarse grained pyrite-arsenopyrite (with
sphalerite-galena-tetrahedrite)

The Hazelton North Property possesses vein complexes that may be splays of a
richer zone (fold hinge making a structural trap) at depth. The results are
typical of an intrusion related precious metal deposit.

Additionally, seven samples returned greater than 100 ppm tungsten (W), with
intervals occurring adjacent to base and precious metal bearing zones. These
samples have been submitted to Acme Labs for over-limit geochemical analysis.
