VANCOUVER, Dec. 20, 2013 /CNW/ - Tanzania Minerals Corp.
(the "Company" or "TZM"), (TSXV: TZM) (FRANKFURT: TM0.F) announces
that TZM and MDN Inc. ("MDN"), (TSX: MD) have mutually agreed not
to enter into a definitive agreement to jointly explore and develop
the Ikungu gold project in Tanzania.
As a result, both parties have decided to let
the Letter of Intent dated October 15,
2013 expire.
