Vantex Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:VAX) (the "Company") is pleased to announce
the appointment of Mr. Denis Tremblay as new CFO of the Company. Mr. Tremblay
has been managing public companies for the last 15 years and his appointment
reflects Vantex intention to build a solid management team for the development
of the Company. 


This appointment follows the resignation of Mr. Francois Marcotte, as CFO of the
Company. Vantex wishes to extend its thanks to Mr. Marcotte for past services.
