Galloway Project

As mentioned in Vantex's last press release dated March 14, 2012, the company
expects to start drilling in the coming days. The slight delay was caused by the
early thaw which required special equipment to transport drilling equipment. The
first drill hole will be about 1200 meters and located within the area called
the Golden Triangle. It is possible that from the same drill hole a wedge will
be placed at 350 metres to provide an additional section.

Cookie Monster

The management of the company is also preparing a drilling program on the Cookie
Monster property, located in the Monster Lake area of Chibougamau, Quebec. This
project will be a joint project with Amseco Exploration. The Monster Lake area is
known for its numerous gold deposits, namely the Joe Mann, Chevrier (8,000,000
tonnes at 2.28 g/t Au) and Philibert deposits.

This press release was read and approved by Mr. Daniel Kelly. Mr. Daniel Kelly
is also the 43-101 Qualified Person.
