Inc. ("Western Atlas" or the "Company") (TSXV:
WA) intends to extend the term of certain warrants which would
otherwise expire on October 9, 2021.
11,127,941 warrants granted on October 10,
2019, with the original expiry date of October 9, 2021, are now extended to expire on
October 9, 2022, with each whole
warrant entitling the holder to purchase one common share of the
Company at C$0.20 per share.
All other terms and conditions of the Warrants remain unchanged.
The Warrant extension is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture
Exchange.
