SASKATOON, March 22, 2016 /CNW/ - Wescan Goldfields Inc.
("Wescan" or the "Company") announces that it has been reclassified
as a Tier 2 Issuer by the TSX Venture Exchange, effective
March 21, 2016, as a result of the
Company failing to meet the Continued Listing Requirements as
outlined in Exchange Policy 2.5. In accordance with Exchange Policy
2.5, the Company must remain as a Tier 2, for a minimum of six
months prior to the Exchange accepting an application for
graduation to Tier 1.
Wescan is a Canadian based corporation engaged in the
acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties.
Shares of Wescan trade on the TSX-V under the trading symbol
"WGF".
