Ali, if the intention were 100% bona fide, there would be a protocol in place to require the transfer agent to initiate the call ,not the other way around. I suspect that AABB knows that the broker will likely not initiate the call, and will require documentary evidence of the remove the legend from the restriction.

Because AABB refuses to provide and engage in that protocol, the release will not occur, = locked up shares indefinitely.

Call Jason Bogutski and see what’s happening here. Show this to Schwab.

Condor, I know you are investor but from watching your postings you are just too lazy to do your own DD and just poking others to do it for you. Just like bashers and hedges gofers want us to provide DD for them to trade accordingly.

Call your brokers and demand your dividends to be unrestricted. Be prepared to listen for hours of excuses. I did it few times, pretty entertaining while waiting to hear the words from back office.

If they wanted to eliminate restrictions, they could have placed zero restrictions. They designed it to prevent access to these freebies, while inducing us to stick around, as the SP has gone South and further South.

nope, haven't tried. But , I have heard SEVERAL WITH THE SAME ISSUE. I will not waste my time encountering the exact same issue. If the company cared one iota, The Company should do whatever is necessary to correct that problem. Period.

Commingled with second dividend under same Cusip and loaned to the shorts , it’s only my speculation.

I have Etrade. They said it would be a fee of like $100-$200 to get the shares unrestricted.

Do you have dividends?
Did you call your broker to find out why they still restricted?

Then the company should do whatever is necessary, at whatever cost, to un-restrict the shares. Or else they didi whatever was necessary to keep the restrictions in place indefinitely.

Many shorts are also long shareholders as playing both sides and using their long positions to manipulate the stock moves and if you happen to own shares when dividends were issued then you got some also but did you try to contact your broker to find out why the first dividend after over 1 year later is still restricted? IR guy said company did everything to un restrict the shares that they needed to do, Transfer agent said all is done and shares should have been unrestricted yet the brokers giving every excuse in the books not to make it happen. Even after requesting fees for it and few agreed still not done.
Call your brokers and try to get them unrestricted then share your findings.

Again, if you weren't on the "block and roll" bandwagon you'd have all of this information. I'm still a shareholder and dividend owner.

I don't do any of this for "likes" or "follows" I don't even really know what any of that means or why folks care. My information is for everyone to take and dissect and do with it what they'd like. It's getting to the people who need to see it.

If you actually took the time to read what most of the bears are saying and not "blocking and rolling" you'd see they are just wanting to hold management accountable. I get it, you think management has done everything perfectly, you believe Torres and the BOD are all real people and you believe everything they tell you.

I take the side of taking the information and confirming. I don't take anyone's word except my wife. Always verify. The "verify" part is where I turned bearish. Nothing can be substantiated or verified up to and including the gold. Are there bashers on these boards that are out of line and just bashing for fun or to troll? Sure there are. Just like there are dozens of pumper accounts just posting nonsense. The key is to be able to weed through it all and come up with a theory that makes logical sense. Yes, we have to come up with theories simply because the company is not transparent.
