American Commerce Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB: AACS) management today
announced that discussions are ongoing with its acquisition target.
Daniel L. Hefner, President and Chief Executive Officer of
American Commerce Solutions, Inc., stated, "Today's meeting with
management of the company that we hope to acquire was very
fruitful. After several hours of discussion, it was agreed that
both entities see substantial benefit to the union and desire to
aggressively move forward. A due diligence package was given and is
expected to be completed and returned by next Tuesday, the 21st of
October. Assuming that all is in order, a Letter of Intent will
follow before the end of the month."
