You are right. It is going far beyond $5. This is a monster stock. The new entity will not have the loan situation...so actually it is 2 stocks soon and both are huge.

it is already agreed that they are gonna buy back 1 billion shares at 0.0013 from the holders. Has chance to move but not going to five bucks.

If they can buy back the 1.5 billion shares they have posted recently that they are doing from cash thrown off by revs...and not dilute from the loan...and especially eliminate the warrant shares of 1.9 billion...this stock will fly. Deng is really performing and I think the revs will actually be much higher than he is forecasting. Fingers crossed...and if it all happens this will be a $5 stock.

Right many cross currents in this... that being the bear in the room... company profitable, and if he can get the 1 billion off the OS, general bull cases.

The big issue is the 1.9 billion warrants that are in the loan agreement...even though they are not actually borrowing any money. It is confounding how the company agreed to anything like it. but if the warrants are eliminated this thing will scream off the launch pad.
