Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On May 3, 2023, Steve Goertz provided notice of his resignation as Chief Financial Officer of Acreage Holdings, Inc. (“Acreage”), effective June 15, 2023.  Mr. Goertz’s resignation was not the result of a disagreement between Mr. Goertz and Acreage on any matter relating to Acreage’s operations, policies or practices.  Acreage has initiated a formal search process to fill the role of Chief Financial Officer following Mr. Goertz’s departure.
