American Medical Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:ADLI) today announced
that an arbitrator has ruled invalid an attorney's claim for fees
from the Company. The arbitrator, Gary V. McGowan of Houston,

litigation involving Big Sky Laser Technologies, Inc. That
litigation was dismissed in August 2004, with the Company and Big
Sky agreeing to drop their claims for damages. AMT, headquartered
