RCRT has a respectable restricted class of shares, I'd assume they would remain restricted. Paper ledger shares only.

RCRT says 9k volume a day? AESO has nil, so this might work out pretty good for us.

Weak RCRT should be getting out now. Only the longs will ride over.

My biggest question, what will the company do to make retail investors want to own Recruiter??

The answer lies in the public free float of RCRT. They will get 314 AESO shares for each share of RCRT. AESO gets the RCRT market cap of $7m

Tough call how this will play out over the next 12 months. RCRT loyal longs should continue holding or they'd be out now. I think initially they will get hurt and we will rise. The $7m market cap will be interesting how Mr. market applies that value?

Interesting. Of course the ultimate impact is what AESO becomes. are the shares restricted?

The only positive not is “plans to convert up to” and at the “discretion of the management” as to the timing.

So we will see.

I wanted to be the first to admit I was wrong about the companies plan to convert the 1M preferred shares. The idea seemed absurd to me, because why would they destroy a superb share structure. They clearly don’t care about that piece initially.

This is a real bummer IMO from page 18.

I guess those words naturally clash when used together, but I need a baseline to form an opinion from. Since we know the vote date, I’m going off that buddy! You are right though, shouldn’t take more than 30 days.

I wasn’t expecting any word on FINRA until August. That’s 6 months from the Feb 13th board vote approving the change. IMHO that is the bare minimum for FINRA since they do indeed hate OTC shells from experience. If it happens earlier than that it’s only because RCRT is Nasdaq and AESO belong to them. I’m fine waiting, more of my shares just roll into the long term column.

Things are moving pretty slow over here. My guess is FINRA is giving them trouble on the name and ticker change. Not that they cant get it done, just that FINRA doesn't play well with shells. Hopefully we start seeing some movement forward soon.

JobMobz close is supposed to be 6/30. Probably hear something on that soon. Tinsley keeps saying in X he owns Recruiter.com. I don’t expect another push, but never know. If they actually filed the name and ticker change paperwork approved on Feb 13 for AESO with Finra 6months average would be in August.

I found this while driving around trying to find any AURA connections.

FINRA doesn't do many of those. Like one a week from what OTC reports.

They really stick these shells under a microscope to pull one of these off.

I'm waiting on 4 others.

At least there might be some news when they close the deal on 6/30 with JobMobz.

Most of us are now, but that should trigger the rise in stock price.

Currently being renamed means the process is already ongoing? We just don’t see paperwork yet?

One less question to think about. Interesting they intend to use an equity sale to assist with funding the spin-out. This just shows there will be more of a long term connection than I expected after the spin-out completion. I figured AESO would hold a portion as a holding, but there appears there will be more. Probably should have thought more about the affiliate role of licensing RCRT/GOLQ products.

RCRT regained full NASDAq compliance for continued listing. This is good for AESO. we should see things move quicker now

Miles is listed as an advisor for Aura since June 2024 if you look at his experience. Maybe that’s the connection
