ALDILA, INC. (OTCQX: ALDA) (PINKSHEETS: ALDA) announced today that its Board of Directors declared on November 17, 2010 a special cash dividend of $0.25 per share to be paid on December 17, 2010 to shareholders of record as of December 02, 2010.

Aldila also reported that the Board of Directors addresses the issue of cash dividends during each quarterly board meeting.
