--KKR & Co., Allianz SE and AXA SA are among the six parties interested in bidding for a 49% stake in wholesale optic-fiber operator Reintel, Spanish business newspaper Expansion reports, citing unnamed sources.

--The company, a subsidiary of Spanish grid operator Red Electrica, is valued at 1.2 billion to 1.3 billion euros ($1.39 billion-$1.5 billion), according to Expansion.
