--Allianz SE's venture-capital arm is looking to sell its stake of around 5% in N26 at a valuation of $3 billion, a steep discount relative to the $9 billion the fintech company was valued at in its last funding round in 2021, the Financial Times reports, citing unnamed sources.

--Allianz could fetch around $160 for its stake in the fintech, which would more than triple what it invested in N26 five years ago, according to the FT.
