Homeland Security Technology, Inc. (a Division of Amnis, Inc. (Pink
Sheets:AMNI)), announced today that HST, Inc. is in receipt of a
purchase request totaling $34,000.00 for GPS equipment loaded with
its proprietary Iraq street map database. HST, working in
conjunction with partner GPS World Supply of Chicago, Illinois has
already begun work on fulfilling the order. "This is a substantial
order for GPS equipment pre-loaded with Iraq street maps," said
Mark Wilson, Director of Security Systems Division for Homeland
Security Technology, Inc. "The Marine Corps did their homework and
concluded correctly that our product is the only one available
compatible with Garmin GPS models. This order is for a specified
model and region of operation. We will pre-load the units and ship
them ready for use to arrive prior to the deployment of the
end-user." Due to operational security considerations, HST declined
to identify which specific models were being shipped and what
specific Marine Corps unit would receive them. HST did say that US
Army units have also requested quotes for GPS and HST is in direct
contact with contracting offices at several bases to provide
information towards the furtherance of future orders of GPS
equipment including the Rino 130 GPS/Personal Role Radio. ABOUT
