When I messeged Tony acouple months ago, I said asked if there were no takers and if the OS reduction was off, he claimed he had takers and it was going to happen. But unfortunately it seems Tony says things and it don't happen.

The hearing for the license approvals which is required to close on Lena are open to the public, so it’s known in advance.

But the owner of the Preferred A shares are going to have to cooperate with Tony. So far they haven’t.

I know some hoped there would be an OS reduction, but it doesn’t appear Tony has any takers. I don’t know that it would do much for the pps unless it was a reduction of a billion or more.

No one but Ross is listed as either executive or director of Lena Brewing Company.

Weird how Tony (supposedly) bought Lena 2 years ago but has systematically avoided leaving any proof of this anywhere.

I would like to see Apple Rush become available again too. I know it's not really a money maker compared to the other ventures, but I think it would have some symbolic value as far as getting APRU back to where it was. It would do a lot for investor confidence, imo.

What confuses me is that Tony constantly posts about it, so if it's not true, where are the cease and desists from Ross? I get it that it hasn't happened, but there is obviously a connection or some sort of partnership with the two companies and money is being made.

The pps dropped on the late fins. The air came out of the balloon, so to speak. Reducing the OS would light a fire under the pps. However, Tony is like "If I don't say or do anything about the OS reduction, people might forget I said I'd reduce the OS a year ago; same with the samples." Nice try, Tony, but people don't forget something like the mention of an OS reduction.

Sales up $2,662,863 year over year.
Gross Profits up $677,623 year over year.
Projected gross profit of over one million for year ending 2024.
Projected gross profit of over $1.265 million for 2025.
Net loss reduced $65,072 year over year with a good indication of current trend leading to a net profit in 2025.

Not many penny stocks can show this type of progress. All good!

I hope Tony is right and I sincerely mean this. I see the potential in this company if he can ever get the company's ducks lined up in a row (a nice way of saying "if he can ever get the company's sh!t together"). However, in the tweet, Tony said "2025 is the year we turn." I seem to think he has said this for every year going back to before COVID. Maybe I'm just being a backseat driver, have no patience, and am being pessimistic (again).

It was not a good look and it killed any upward momentum. On the bright side all the upward momentum was from the potential for growth, and that hasn't changed. If Tony can show that the company is expanding and growing this blip is going to look like nothing in the long run.

As an aside, I talked to Tony not too long ago and he lamented to me that the kratom facility in Oklahoma was in a logistically bad location and not big enough. At the end of the fins there's a statement about cancelling the transaction in favor of an APRU facility. I know some of those kratom contracts are worth a lot of money. Keep an eye out for Tony to use this opportunity to get a similar revenue stream as the canning operation but on the kratom extract side. I think it will end up being a significant revenue stream.

Positive on paper, perhaps, but no one trusts Tony any longer because the fins were late, despite a five-day extension, and with no explanation for them being late. "Tony not being a good communicator" ain't gonna cut it. He killed any momentum $APRU had by dropping this ball.

Every board I've been on has had at least one dork spamming it day in and day out. Sometimes I've been in a couple stocks and a guy is championing one of mine and bashing the other, lol. Doesn't matter to the pps even though some live on that delusion. Gotta justify all the time wasted, I guess.

Seems like progress, right? Depreciation is a phantom deduction, so last quarter was technically positive.

The facility they were first in was 1200 sf and that's an awful big jump to 48000 sf for 3 trucks. Definitely not cost effective for such a small business with no business.

She had numerous independent truckers she worked with and had clients that needed products moved.
