its litigation, in COOK COUNTY
CIRCUIT COURTS (Case No. 10L-10198), with Dr Pepper Snapple
Group, Inc., d/b/a Cadbury Schweppes Bottling Group NYSP:
DPS.
Details of the settlement will be released once the definitive
order is entered.
