Groupe Bruxelles Lambert (GBLB.BT), a Belgium-based industrial holding company, has raised its stake in French chemicals firm Arkema SA (AKE.FR) above 10%, according to a filing Friday with the French stock exchange regulator, the Autorite des Marches Financiers.

Groupe Bruxelles Lambert now holds 10.02% of Arkema's capital and 12.51% of its voting rights.

The shares were acquired on the market.
