SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Oct. 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Arem
Pacific Corporation ( OTC: "ARPC") today announced it has signed a
definitive agreement with the city of Changde in
Hunan, China, to develop a lake
side resort. The lake, Liuyehu, is rated AAA for tourism in
China and is three times the size
of West Lake in Hangzhou. AREM has
secured a prime lake side land of about 290 acres to develop a
resort that offers water, land and air recreational sports and
upscale convention and lodging facilities.

opportunities in mining and retailing businesses."
