American Scientific Resources Announces Contract with Amerinet, Inc.

American Scientific Resources, Inc. (OTCBB: ASFX) (“American
Scientific”) today announced it has signed a three year contract
with Amerinet Inc., a leading national healthcare solutions
organization that leverages the purchasing power of healthcare
businesses to obtain discounts from vendors based on the collective
buying power of the General Purchasing Organization (GPO) members.
The initial product to be introduced through this agreement is the
VeraTemp+ Non-Contact thermometer. The contract with Amerinet group
purchasing organization represents a license to solicit business
directly from its more than 49,000 members. The Amerinet contract
raises the level of product awareness to more than 49,000 clinics,
hospitals, long terms care facilities, ambulatory surgery centers
and other healthcare providers and enables American Scientific
Resources to sell directly to them.
The VeraTemp+ thermometer uses the most advanced thermometry
technology to record an individual’s temperature without touching
the patient’s skin by simply pointing the device at the forehead
and pressing a button. The VeraTemp+ is 100% hygienic and requires
no probe covers; saving unnecessary expense and waste. Moreover,
the VeraTemp+ helps Infection Control initiatives by helping to
eliminate the risk of cross contamination between patients.

Scientific stated that, “our target is to convert users of the
Exergen temporal scanner to the VeraTemp+. With infection control
being an important focus of our customers, the VeraTemp+ is clearly
