The Utah Division of Securities and Utah Attorney General's Office announced Tuesday that securities fraud charges were filed against two Utah men.

Lawrence Jenkins of Draper and Lamar N. Jensen of Salt Lake City each face one second-degree securities fraud charge, the division said in a statement.

The division alleges that the men approached a Utah County real estate investment firm with an offer promising a 100 percent return in one week on a $500,000 investment through medium-term bank notes. In addition, the division alleged that the men promised a $50 million line of credit with interest no greater than 6 percent, and other perks.

The real estate investment firm wired the money and has yet to receive any of its initial investment back, the division alleged.

I have already said this here to our friend NewJericho a few weeks ago, I don't believe in a hidden S1 being out there on an OTC company, I also have never seen nor heard about it. I also did some digging and was told that this is only for private companies doing an IPO but not for already listed companies. Does the company claim that the S1 is already filed? From what I remember Dung said on twitter that it will be filed at some future point but not yet right.

TF being a hub legend, as well as a veteran of the OTC markets, can you please enlighten us with your odds of the fictitious S1 actually being real?
I am certain that you have seen it all on the OTC.
