I would reckon that this is just the tip of the iceberg and many more claims will arrive soon. I remain amazed at the lack of proper DD by these investors/creditors. Proper DD means that if one is not scientifically educated, then the advice of a professional physicist/engineer is an ABSOLUTE MINIMUM REQUIREMENT.

Please read the Claim - The latest Holcomb litigation:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/15WVIIwSJCKQc8pEV8_mbHNOtv6crOsuy/view

Happy Vulcan, one must commend your enthusiasm for rhetorical flourish. Who got duped, you ask? The evidence points squarely at those who invested their capital, goodwill, and trust into Astra and Holcomb’s fanciful promises of technological revolution—only to find themselves holding nothing.

Empty promises? Why, they’re woven into the very fabric of this saga: the alleged revolutionary energy system, the hollow joint ventures, and the theatrics of perpetual deflection. Do try for something more substantial next time.

You really DO NOT understand much about anything that you post on.

Comparing the HES nonsense to nuclear energy research and engineering is
AMAZINGLY silly. Even for the most ignorant of ASRE posters.

NO ONE thinks you have clue of what you are trying to pass off as reality.

Learn some basic physics before commenting on things you do not understand. Whether Iter works or not there is no question of it breaking any law of physics as the proposed energy generation would be a mass to energy conversion, similar to what happens in a regular nuclear reactor. Holcomb's spurious claims are in the overunity category as is any claim where energy is increased without the use of fuel and all such proposals are utterly impossible, now and in the future, regardless of technical advances. Science does not claim to have all the answers and many advances will happen as understanding improves but the conservation of energy is a rock-solid law that is not open to revision. If you had a better understanding of science you would realise just how solid this law is and how it forbids all overunity schemes.

The predictable lament of a so-called “messenger,” framing themselves as the unsung bearer of truth amidst the doubters. Allow me to dissect this missive, dripping with misplaced condescension and deflection, in a manner befitting its folly.

Firstly, your assertion that "everyone" who vetted Astra and HES was “completely fooled” strains credulity. It’s not that these individuals were beguiled by some esoteric genius; rather, they were drawn in by a carefully curated façade, bolstered by dubious claims and grandiose promises. That’s not intellect at work; that’s calculated deception.

Secondly, your defense of HES’s "technology" is nothing more than a poor attempt to deflect from its glaring inadequacies. Ah, yes, the “unknown laws of physics” argument—a classic refuge for those peddling implausible claims. It’s quite rich to liken HES’s farcical pursuits to the work at CERN, an institution grounded in rigorous peer-reviewed science, as opposed to theatrics and overstatements. The scientific community doesn’t scoff at “advancements”; it scoffs at baseless assertions that flout foundational principles without credible evidence.

And this insistence on “input energy”—a conveniently nebulous term to dodge over Unity claims—is laughably transparent. If such breakthroughs existed, why haven’t they been lauded by the global scientific community or showcased on credible platforms? Instead, we get unverifiable YouTube demos and partnerships with companies that vanish like morning mist.

Finally, your attempt to patronize with backhanded “best wishes” is as hollow as the claims you defend. The circular reasoning lies not with the critics but with those endlessly justifying the indefensible.

In conclusion, spare us the theatrics and misplaced indignation. Genuine technological advancements withstand scrutiny; they don’t rely on desperate rhetoric and veiled insults to prop them up.

Oops. Almost forgot. You guys are going to tell the crew at ITER that their international consortium of engineers and builders that their mission of constructing a machine that produces 10 times greater output than input is a folly forbidden by known laws of physics, right?

Surely anyone hellbent on protecting a few investors from sinking their grocery money into a few shares of ASRE would not think twice about warning an international partnership that is spending billions of dollars on a machine that does the same job as the HES that their concept is ripping off untold numbers of taxpayers and institutional investors...

Right?

It is all forbidden by well-known laws of physics. Tell ya what, you can probably get their attention by reaching out to someone at General Atomics (at General Dynamics) and letting them know. There, I'm supporting your premise, so kindly refrain from bashing me. Let us know how you make out .

Ah, yes. Shoot the messenger. I am an easy target. All I did here was to report facts. No fiction. Everyone who vetted Astra and HES prior to making the cash committment must all have been completely fooled at every turn .

Just as rich as calling the HES technology an over unity device is so incorrect, but you guys are smarter than anyone else. ( Just because it uses no fuel does not mean it uses no energy. It requires an electrical input to operate.) You toss about your "known laws of physics" as if any development in the field is utterly impossible. Did you know that there are still, even now, unknown laws of physics? Of course you did. You're so very smart. Physics has ALL of the answers, so, no furtherance of knowledge in this area is remotely possible. Mankind knows everything regarding this so why look for any scientific advancement here. Shut down CERN. What a waste of money smashing protons into each other.

Maybe there are some things I just "don't get." Well, I can admit that, but if I had your level of understanding of how this technology works even on a theoretical basis, going back to school would be what any smart person might consider doing, no?

Keep agreeing with each other. It'll be fun to see how long you are willing to carry on as nobody really pays any attention to the circular approach to denial you post to each other here. I just don't get it.

(Yes, I do.)

Best to you, Sincerely, thv.

Well, how utterly predictable—a million-dollar entry fee into yet another speculative escapade centered around the mythical Holcomb Energy Systems. While this announcement might temporarily distract shareholders from the plummeting stock price, it glaringly fails to substantiate the scientific or commercial validity of this elusive “In-Line Power Generation System.” Nor does it redeem Astra and Holcomb from their well-documented pattern of missed milestones, disingenuous filings, and a string of unfulfilled promises.

The notion of “environmentally-friendly partners” reeks of manipulation—a convenient euphemism for unsuspecting collaborators lured into this ill-conceived vortex of overpromised innovation. Let’s call it for what it is: a strategic ruse, a sugarcoated effort to mask a long track record of incompetence while draining new partners of funds and resources.

The so-called “Powertron partnership” is emblematic of this charade—a façade intended to distract from Astra and Holcomb’s inability to produce any functional or verifiable product. Investors and potential collaborators should not only tread carefully but also demand a level of transparency and proof that has been glaringly absent. This isn’t progress; it’s a meticulously crafted financial snare, dressed up in the deceptive guise of sustainability.

Powertron has paid $1,000,000 cash to enter into a Joint Venture with Astra Energy and Holcomb Energy Systems In-Line Power Generation System. This is good news for shareholders as Royalties will be paid by Powertron for use of the HES Power Systeml license.
Astra and HES are keen to find likeminded , environmentally-friendly partners with whom they can enter into business ventures. Timely.

Ah, the curtain is finally closing on the ill-conceived spectacle orchestrated by Ron Loudoun and his ever-deluded accomplice, Robert Holcomb. Loudoun’s leadership—or more accurately, his lack thereof—has left a wake of squandered funds, duped investors, and empty promises. The high-volume selloffs and plummeting stock price speak volumes: even the most hopeful have abandoned this sinking ship.

And as for Holcomb? His dubious “free energy” claims remain nothing more than a carnival trick, contravening basic scientific principles. Their collective antics have been an insult to investors and a masterclass in disingenuity. It’s only fitting that this farce is unraveling, as it was never built on substance—merely hubris and hollow rhetoric.

Living in Ireland i am far from the action and i have a question. I have heard from alternative sources that the Holcombs have "done a runner". Ah, Richard D1, I must commend your creativity in selecting such a strikingly original moniker—surely the product of hours of hard work, sweat, and deliberation. However, as charmingly the name may be, the arguments presented are even less inspired.

Moreover, one simply marvels at your valiant attempt to defend Astra and Dr. Holcomb, but alas, the facts speak far louder than your transparent deflections. Observing reality requires no vendetta, merely a functioning brain and a pair of open eyes. Astra’s leadership under Ron Loudoun has been a masterclass in dubious dealings—peddling promises as hollow as the company’s coffers. The only revolutionary development seems to be investors revolting, dumping the stock at record volumes, and driving it below the ignominious $0.10 mark.

As for your insinuations, let us clarify: no grudge is needed when faced with a CEO who endlessly misdirects, and a medical doctor, convicted of fraud and a bankrupt, come "pseudo inventor and novice scientist" whose technology defies basic physics. The evidence of their combined ineptitude lies in the numbers—failed ventures, collapsing stock prices, and the desertion of hopeful investors. Perhaps redirect your concerns toward salvaging credibility, rather than resorting to such uninspired attempts at diversion.

Astra’s CEO has become a master of fiscal misdirection, blazing a trail of high-flown promises only to deliver a graveyard of dead-end deals. Time after time, he has lured investors with talk of breakthrough partnerships and game-changing technology, only to watch their money evaporate without a trace of accountability or tangible results. His pattern of financial folly not only drains shareholders but also betrays his own board, leaving them with empty pockets and lost credibility. It's beyond incompetence—this is reckless, profitless theater, with a CEO whose skill set seems better suited to illusion than leadership. At this rate, it's clear his “strategic vision” leads straight to ruin, taking anyone gullible enough to believe in it down with him.

The courtroom scenario seems vastly more probable for Mr. and Mrs. Holcomb rather than the Nobel stage, and if it comes to that, Astra’s CEO and COO, complicit in this whole fiasco, will likely face the music as well, as the Holcomb's take them down. Let the blame games and cutting deals begin.

Had Holcomb’s “technology” been the real deal, it would have swept the scientific community and secured accolades without question. Instead, we have a mess of dubious YouTube snippets, non-existent offices, and a parade of hollow promises, while Astra scrambles with market tricks to buoy its sinking stock. The charade wears thin.

If the Holcomb stuff worked it would be world news and a string of Nobel science prizes would be awarded to Holcomb. I wonder why it has not happened? Hint, hint, nudge, nudge, IT DOES NOT WORK. And the same applies to all overunity/free energy/free lunch schemes such as Danzik's earth/photon engine, Wavja's solar panels and the Aiseg generator: they are all in contravention of solid laws of physics and are ruled out, now and in the future, regardless of technological advancements.

If there were truly a working commercial Holcomb device, one would expect its grand unveiling on a reputable, global platform—perhaps at an esteemed energy summit or scientific forum, not at last year's Fort Lauderdale boat show. And as for the so-called Astra-Holcomb manufacturing facilities that was touted by Astra CEO Ron Loudoun in more misleading market filings? It’s amusing, given the only known “premises” appears to be Astra’s headquarters, located at a residential apartment address where their COO Mr. Claycamp lives. The absence of any verified location or physical showcase raises only more questions and goes to further cement Astra's demise.

Ah, the interminable saga of Ron Loudoun and Astra—a quintessential exemplar of calculated obfuscation and sheer ineptitude. Loudoun’s perpetual carousel of evasive disclosures and spurious assertions constitutes nothing less than a masterclass in deceptive theatrics, adeptly ensnaring investors with pledges as vacuous as his purported business prowess. His so-called “actions,” which are, in reality, nothing more than audacious inactions, reveal a consistent modus operandi: delay, deny, and, when cornered, divert. Clinging steadfastly to this illusory façade, he conspires with dubious associates to mask hollow ventures and perpetuate false starts, notably through his collaboration with Holcomb’s fantastical “free energy” charade.

Moreover, Loudoun’s artful duplicity seamlessly extends to his interactions with the SEC, orchestrating a symphony of market announcements and filings replete with gross overstatements, deceptive representations, and egregious omissions. Astra’s track record in securing legitimate financing for any substantial project is nothing short of catastrophic, each thwarted endeavor serving as a stark testament to its inexorable descent. The warning signs, glaring and unmistakable, should have unequivocally alerted investors to the impending downfall. Alas, their inaction speaks volumes about either their naivety or complicity. Has 2024 been a good year for Astra investors with all 3 divisions doing well? I think not and the outlook does not seem any better.

As the entire edifice of deception begins to crumble, one cannot help but marvel at the sheer audacity that has allowed this farce to persist for so long. The collapse is not merely inevitable—it is a long-overdue reckoning. Perhaps the most salient lesson emerging from this debacle is unequivocal: trust must invariably be accompanied by rigorous, independent verification. Astra and Loudoun’s grand illusion now serves as a cautionary tale, underscoring the paramount importance of due diligence over seductive rhetoric.

Truly, what better partner than a peddler of “free energy” fantasies to encapsulate the desperation of a company unable to secure legitimate funding? Oh, indeed, one can scarcely suppress a laugh! If this so-called technological marvel were genuinely destined to “revolutionize” global energy, surely it would debut on a stage worthy of such acclaim—a UN summit, a World Bank forum, or perhaps even a COP climate convention. But a Boat Show? Hardly the arena for game-changing science. It seems, rather, the perfect venue for more convenient evasions by Dr. Holcomb. I think, one must mean the “Downhill Plunge” of Astra stock—a woeful narrative of 2024, where investors scramble to cut losses in a year now infamous as Astra’s darkest. The CEO’s brazen arrogance, coupled with a dazzling display of ineptitude, financial misadventure, misleading market announcements, questionable alliances, and partnerships with individuals of…reputable notoriety..... namely the convicted fraudster Dr. Holcomb, has driven many to abandon ship. With over fifty days since their SEC-noted extension, there’s not a sign of the funds nor even the faintest update—not even from Astra’s staunchest supporters here. This resounding silence speaks louder than any admission. And as for the notorious $195 million Zanzibar Energy Park “deal”? It’s already cost Astra millions of dollars in upfront scammed fees, exposing the brand’s repeated mismanagement and dubious financial misadventures.

Agree, Holcomb's so-called technology defies fundamental physics—no different than Danzik’s laughable "earth engine," Wavja’s fictitious solar panels, or Aiseg’s farcical generator. These “over-unity” fantasies insult basic science, exposing Ron Loudoun and Robert Holcomb’s remarkable, almost theatrical ineptitude. Were there even a shred of credible evidence, it would surely be on display rather than obscured by empty, manipulative promises designed solely to dazzle the uninformed. Instead, we’re left with the same smoke-and-mirrors routine, an embarrassing testament to their ongoing failure.

Is it really any wonder that even the die-hard supporters of Astra and Holcomb are vanishing? The relentless stream of implausible boasts and conveniently unsupported “progress” has exhausted all but the most gullible. Holcomb’s bizarre, science-defying claims might’ve been amusing if they weren’t so insulting. And Astra’s leadership? Rather than stepping up with genuine accountability, they cling to a tired script of deceit and delay, treating investor trust like collateral damage. This charade grows more laughable and embarrassing with each passing day.
