announced that OBT Anywhere, a leading provider of Hosted Lync™
services, has deployed the company's MaxACD contact center for Lync
solution to deliver a hosted cloud-based call center service.
OBT Anywhere will now be able to provide organizations with a
complete communications service that meets the needs of contact
centers across North America, Asia and Australia.
The combination of a Lync unified communications solution
deployed with the AltiGen MaxACD solution in a hosted environment,
enables contact centers to deploy a turnkey solution with minimal
capital investment.
In addition, organizations can take advantage of feature-rich
unified communications including fully integrated enterprise voice
and videoconferencing, instant messaging, presence, visual
voicemail, email and collaboration. These features all seamlessly
integrate with MaxACD's advanced call center features such as
skill-based routing, multi-level Auto Attendant, Call Recording,
Monitoring and Reporting.
