Drives Opportunity to Expand Microsoft Lync Implementations in
Contact Centers Across EMEA

announce that Westcon Group, a value-added distributor of
category-leading unified communications, network infrastructure,
data center and security solutions with a global network of
specialty resellers, today expanded its unified communications
portfolio to include AltiGen's MaxACD contact center for Lync
solution. This agreement allows EMEA partners to accelerate growth
of Microsoft Lync in their customers' contact centers.
With more than five million enterprise voice seats of Microsoft
Lync deployed to date, organizations around the world are
increasingly looking to implement contact centers in parallel to
more effectively manage communications. Eliminating complexity and
costs associated with installing and maintaining multiple products,
AltiGen simplifies the process via a unified, integrated platform.

simple to configure with up to only 5x licence types required;
coupling this with an ability to virtualize the solution, the
contact center can be deployed on existing customer hardware
