Only reason I keep posting is in response to the paid pumper spam from Jedi so that any new people don't get caught up in that and make a uninformed decision thinking there is something happening here.

Plenty other stocks I follow and own here in the OTC and don't post much of anything since the boards aren't full of garbage.

You should probably stay out of the OTC... and go with listed companies that have products and services. Instead of whining day after day after day.. you are sounding like that assclown sampson.

My point is this company has no real products. They only post fluff, promises, and 'me too' things to try to pump the stock. Shaun Passley has a history of this with multiple companies where he only ends up lining his pockets and massively diluting the stock from his investors that he suckered in exercising multiple rounds of preferred shares. If you read their quarterly/annual reports there is nothing of substance in there either unless you want to read pages and pages of information about preferred shares issued to various investment firms from multiple rounds of funding.

You obviously haven't managed a company's social media account. Reach and engagement are what is sought. Real news comes through 8K and press releases.

Maybe if this company actually followed through there would be something positive to talk about, but its been entirely fluff, future promises, and nothing coming out of it - a trademark of any of Shaun's tickers. Thanks, I didn't dig into the goodwill section much yet so didn't realize it was that much. Yeah nothing on there for tangible assets and seems like they still shift/move debt around between associated companies.

Not surprising that 'flexfridge' isn't doing anything despite some pumper posts. They really have nothing except some small software income, hence the share price that has dropped into trips.

Point is goodwill represents ... 60% of total assets, in other words there is nothing tangible. And they even admit Flexfridge is not in production (but I guess there is zero demand)

Q1 report filed... slight positive net income on slightly lower revenue vs small loss previously. Nothing really notable / of significance either positive or negative that I saw in a first look through the report.

Looks like the planned large sell/dumping is done? Somebody unloaded 75M+ shares over the past 2 weeks.

How does it create revenue for them?

I guess "coming days" means sometimes this summer. Is it faster then "shortly", don't know... When semantics take over on business plan, anything is possible. Now, who needs blockchain technology for a free text messaging app? And if it is free, what is the business model to generate revenues? Once again, they are blowing cold air into a balloon, won't fly very far.

We already have WhatsApp that offers full encryption and has been around for years and has a well established userbase... and even iMessage is end to end encrypted.
