I see she and her father were buying up BBCZ (8.6%) at same time. She has 8.5% of this. Whhy is she buying China pennys up? Any thoughts on whats up?

There's a number of websites using the ADFVN Quoting system. Wikivest and ValueWiki also have same ticker error, My guess is some one entered the old ticker and the sites using adfvn set off the alerts. They all appear to be copies and nothing new. Someone missed the delisting and ticker change. another company now has TYM and it looks like their news is reiggering the alerts.

Of course the person entering the data may have just missed hitting the "A" button. Simplest explanation is usually the answer.

Thats from before delisting than turning to ATYM, on the OTC market. Strange you would be getting alerts for that.

No, I didn see that one. lol I've been trying to accumalate this one for over a year. There's no MM and the banks have already bought most of the shares. Does make it a little hard to buy.

I haven't been expecting any news. But I've noticed trades appearing at regular intervals just like when the bank took over the stock. I see the (GM) in front of the ticker now. There's no market maker and the stock was (OTN).

Maybe it's time to do a search filings again.

I've been trying to load this at the bid for over a year now. Anyway this mess works out it's going to be a nice pay off. All you have to do is look back at the ETF price before it got pulled.

But please don't pump this. I don't want a bunch of people running in here trying to buy it yet. I don't own 10% yet. LOL

The bank of Scottland owns the majority of the shares in the three ETF holders giving the Bank of Scottland the voting power with what is called indirect ownership.

Notice it says in the filing " shared voting power" next to each disclosure.

Then read item 4a at the bottom;

(a) Amount beneficially owned: AAB is the record owner of 2,885,714 shares of the Issuer (the “Record Shares”) as of December 31, 2008. This would constitute a take over by a non-chinese company which would not be exceptable by the chinese. An over site when they sold additional shares than where originally planned and the company no longer held the controlling majority.

Everyday for the past month someone buys 20-25K 0.03-0.05..

this year so far has been most volume we seen since 2009.

Thank you Admiral, it seems that Asia Time operated, even profitably, for a year and a half or so after the Reverse Merger concluded by WestPark, and has since been sitting idle. That's going on a year. So it seems that if something is going to happen it would have by now, unless the ETF owners you mention now have plans. But how does the Bank of Scotland enter in if the "shell" is owned by an ETF? None of this make too much sense to me . . . any education on these issues would be helpful!

Perhaps you can help me understand this. I can't see any plans that don't involve a reverse merger being of any value to the new owners. The company is now a shell with no revenue. Of what value could it possibly be if they can't use the ATYM exchange listing to provide some value and leverage it? I guess I don't understand what the original plans were. Do you know what they were?

I'm sure there will be a ticker/name change. But I doubt if there will be a Reverse merger. This is a creditor in posession and a reverse merger wouldn't be needed if they follow through on they're original plans.

Are these guys listed ABN AMRO in the US...

they could take the ATYM shares at 0.02 and reverse merger with new symbol and list on Nasdaq.

Sillerman did that with GWAY on 2M shares or so I think just to get listed on major exchange.

I had no problem tracking ABN. That's why I've been sitting on this all this time.

183,000 shares traded so far today, 30,000 each of three days last week. Something, or nothing?

and I believe we may get something this QTR. Any luck tracking ABN AMRO they still have 2.9M shares per last filing without an update in 2010. I would think we get an update prior to May 30th.

Very clean. But not promoting it for awhile. Plans were made months ago but no date set.

Sorry I didn't answer you sooner, but I didn't want to attract attention to the stock. I don't think there has been a final decision made yet as to what they are going to do with the stock. They do intend to use it though.
