AVVAA Files Form with BCSC to Cease Being
a Reporting Company in British Columbia
Richmond, Virginia, October 10,
2013 ? avVaa World Health Care Products ("the
Company") (Pink Sheets:
AVVH) announces it has filed the required form to SEDAR to notify
the British Columbia
Securities Commission that the company wishes to cease to be a
reporting entity
to the BCSC. "This was the final step necessary for the transition
of moving
the company and its corporate headquarters to the United States,"
said Jason
Price, CEO of avVaa.
"Once the petition
is granted, we will no longer have the obligation of reporting
financials or
other corporate governance information to the BCSC."
