3 letter symbols are for exchange traded stocks not pinks so a Sanchez can't use GQC. Why has it taken Sanchez so long to do a simple name and symbol change? Will FINRA not process a AVVH Corporate Action Request?

Actually Sanchez isn't doing anything - it has 3 years and Sanchez isn't raising any capital - and where are the outside investors and their money? It has been 2 years and 4 months since Sanchez made those statements and nothing.

Sorry all SSM shells have failed. And Cooley was the person controlling SSM.

Cooley controls Sanchez - audited financials from a pump and dump Auditor are meaningless unless AVVH files a registration statement such as a S-1 or Form 10. And Cooley/Sanchez doesn't want any part of the scrutiny from the SEC.

Don't ignore all of the failed promises from AVVH - the last post from AVVH was on September 15, 2023. And it was filled with more empty promises.

To be successful on the OTC follow these rules:

1. Sophisticated investors always cut their losses - never average down.

2. Don't get married to the stock/company - never become emotionally attached to a stock. There should never be any emotions involved in OTC trading.

3. Never believe the company hype - independently verify every part of a press release or post on X.

4. Play the price action and always take profits - don't be greedy.

5. The only way to trade penny stocks that use message boards, social media (Twitter - Facebook), forward looking press releases, pumping 8-Ks and paid promotions is to just consider them all to be scams and just trade them do not invest in them. You'll lose 99% of the time if you believe the hype.

I know you will mention Cooley as a connection. Yes Cooley handled some of the shells that were sold to the other shady operators, but Cooley was just a broker. He had no involvement with the shady companies that bought those shells. He was just selling the shells to them. Cooley is a businessman and for him to stay with AVVH means there is money to be made here. They are working on the foundation and preparing for the future.

The OTC is for trading not investing. Sanchez has been in control of AVVH since April 26, 2021-that is over 3 years and Sanchez hasn't accomplished anything of value.

AVVH agree. And I think the patience here will be rewarded. Setting up beautifully with the share structure and the chart. Speaking of rewards, that is a great score you had. I bowl quite a bit in leagues and tourney's on the West coast. Average is right around 220 on a house shot and 205-210 or so on a sports shot....which are the lanes we bowl on in pro tourney's. Have had seven 300 games now.

Just went to 2 handed this past week as I fractured my thumb and can't bowl one handed right now. Will see how that goes....will be a struggle at first I am sure. I bowled the last game in my Sunday league 2 handed last week and had a whopping 141 haha.

I said it in the post…the bagholders, the flippers, penny stocks not having the volume they used to and no merger speculation which was the reason this ran so hard in the first place.

Logically 0.01-0.02 is probably the ceiling for this stock due to there being so many bagholders and probably a lot of people who bought low and are ready to flip. Sorry to burst bubbles here but this stock will never see 0.05-0.10 and beyond for the foreseeable future I’m definitely confident with 0.01-0.02 though but like I said that’s when a lot of bagholders are going to be headed for the door and people who are buying right now are going to flip.

If this was 2021 id say news would definitely move this to atleast 0.05-0.07 with its share structure but its not, a lot of people have been burned by penny stocks from that era and we simply don’t have the volume in this market to pull that off.

Oh, I’m not accusing you of pumping dude, you are putting things together with information that’s available to all of us, you aren’t here saying that GQC isn’t going to be a thing and that the company is going into an entirely different direction and saying those things with no credible evidence and sources.

You have to agree though that the public information I have posted leads one to believe something is coming close. I am not pumping anything other than public info and speculating that something appears to be happening soon.

Why coming out with audited financials? If this was just a shell, what would be the purpose for that?

Why is someone investing $100,000 into the stock with the value of the stock being more than half of what he just invested? He is obviously expecting it to go higher in the future. He needs .004 just to break even.

I do know Sanchez is raising funds from investors directly. He even mentioned it in his shareholder letter.
As you had mentioned before, money dried up in this economy. I'm sure that has been one of the catalysts for this long delay.
If he has changed direction from his original idea of what to do with AVVH, then we just have to be patient. That will also explain why there has been no rush to change stock symbol.
