They never did an official PR with comments like last Q. Website has not been updated.

Until they buyback shares (at least 1 billion IMO) share price going NOWHERE!

For all we know they already started (the buyback) but judging by their history I no longer think the buyback is happening right now.

If they bought back 1 billion shares at .0015 it would cost them $1,500,000.

Personally I think they would be tempted to manipulate the share price around and around to accomplish their buyback goals.

Assets seem to be shrinking even though debt free is good. Maybe when they sell that division, they were made an offer on, they can get free of the debt or buyback some shares. Stuck here until something performs. A good Q ending in June reported by mid August could help.

They AXXA need to communicate better to let shareholders know SPECIFICALLY what they are doing to give long term shareholders a higher share price. So far I would give them an F+ for communication as they are so generic in what they say.

How is this for a conflict...Odd that one of largest converters (Issued 150 million common on 3/20) Convertible noteholders Talgat Ilyasov gets issued 800,000 Preferred C shares which convert at 500-1 on a non specific advisory agreement....400 million common shares...and then on 1/1/24 a whole host of preferred c shares were issued for advisory agreements...others here are convertible debt holders....odd that convertible debt holders are suddenly becoming advisors...but no conflict here

and more...Peter Sallade Pref C % holding is incorrect in director table ....840,000 Pref C shares he holds

There's more ....Officer Jason Lohre pref c holdings in understated in officer/director/control table...he has been issued 217,500 Pref C Shares according to issuance table.

Admin's stance is that Bashers offer an opinion, and all opinion, pro/con, are allowed.

My OPINION is the bashers simply have no life, and so they are here to draw attention to themself, no matter what their take of AXXA, because, in the real world, no one would give them the time of day.

Meanwhile, AXXA is working to restructure the company by reducing risks, a good thing, IMO.

Bizarre...Q3 cash flow statement shows $7.9 million paid in longterm debt but year end shows zero...

according to cash flow statement, i believe it reads they actually paid ZERO down in long term debt....but paid themselves back $1.8 million

What I find peculiar is that one of biggest CDers gets Preferred C shares for advisory....really????? gets issued 150 million shares and preferred Cs to boot as a sweetener....WTF

You might not want to believe that. That $63 in revenues was from selling assets IMO. Look at the difference in revenues from year end last year to now and do the math (minus 7 million).

AXXA$ $63 Mil rev + 175 Mil $ in assets + share repurchase + spin-off 2024 = All time high 0.25 coming?
