People betting aginst Cohen now are gonna be in for a rude awakening when he announces his next merger. The guy merged 4 businesses last year into the OTC. 
To think he's not been working on wrapping up another merger with a bigger company? Seriously? You think he'd fumble on the 5 yard line? 
The bigger companies that have approached him that he's evaluating structures with now only have audited financials just an fyi.
He's just not been letting the cat of the bag just yet out of respect for our investors opinion of how the way he communicated updated when he first started.

It's always the same in otc land... major pumping and frenzied excitement, then plans begin to change and fall through, then comes talk of offerings, then ceo gets quite, while the board gets taken over by 2 or 3 loyal, unquestioning defenders against one detractor, meanwhile all the normal people with real questions are no where to be found anymore, leaving the board devoid of any substantive discussion and looking like nothing more than a squabbling bunch of teenagers calling each other names. Never fails.

It does get old fast.

Market cap without the restricted block is $1.5m at this price. I'm not sure how much they can get squeezing this short from here. And to cover, you need someone to exit. I think the exit was yesterday, if anyone is short, their gains get eaten away from yesterday close.

A clean shell goes for 4 times that.
