True, Looking at Disclosures on OTC Markets, we have 3 Attorneys letters in 16 months, likely due to the data still being requested by FINRA, and in this last Filing, no mention of the RS, could be awaiting the Attorney letter for that change

They only do that for that for the Annuals. There is no reason for it to not be Pink Current. Zero

Maybe the state filings changes, the back and forth name changes, conflicts with the OTC data, and needs updating because of this FINRA YoYo BS.

Finra should have given them a complete list of things that needed to be done, and the order to them in. Finra and the entire SEC / Broker Dealer crime squads are already in deep Sh*t with the US Supreme court and the US Congress over the MMTLP-Disaster, and Game Stop, etc...

Online casinos are incredibly difficult to develop and manage. Kudos to them if they have the skill. AI and NFT are both advanced technologies and the combination of development knowledge could add a lot of value. I don't know shit about them, but instead of going to conspiracy theories about a scam despite them having sold 0 of the float, I choose to realize that if you have a good business with referrals/relationships, letting Google call you closed would save you a lot of sales calls.

Let me make it clearer for you.

The company that is apparently going to run their NFT launches has now switched to working on AI projects and not NFTs. Probably because 2/3 years ago NFTs were all the rage and now it’s AI. So they moved with the times.

Advanced Technologies or whatever they are now called aren’t capable of claiming their own Google listing and Google has them as being closed down. So whatever the truth is, what sort of compliance business can’t even have their own house in order?!

As a rebranded/repositioned business that is now working on AI projects and not NFTs, as I stated in my post. Their Facebook page still hasn’t been updated since 2022 and points to a casino based business they also seem the be operating when you click on the NFT link. So, yeah, good luck with these guys being your saviour.

If you read my post it said according to Google they are closed. (If you Google their name that’s the first result) I also said if that’s incorrect then it’s not a great advert for a company that provides compliance services if they can’t even claim their own Google listing. So my point remains valid.

Furthermore NFT Marketplace prob don’t have a clue they are now called Sonio either.

According to Google, Advanced Living Technologies GmbH is permanently closed.
Even if that’s incorrect it’s a very poor show to not claim and maintain your own business profile on Google, especially when you sell compliance services!

As for Moonclub, their Facebook page with a massive 44 followers last posted in 2022, which was its NFT launch package service. That link is now dead and their website is now a casino.
There is an alternative Moonclub that’s sprung up but they focus on AI and NFT’s isn’t really mentioned on their site.

So not sure these two contracts will be setting the world on fire anytime soon.

This is from another poster a while back, "For the record, I’ve never seen one of these custo shells land in the favor of legacy OTC shareholders when it gets sold across the pond. I also maintain the belief that everything these guys have said about working with FINRA is BS. A real team wouldn’t even engage FINRA until all the filings at SOS and OTC were all published". If this is true it's very bearish for legacy BABL shareholders.
