No one has shares to buy or sell, until brokers get our new BABL R/S shares back from the TA. It takes days, sometimes a week, depending on the broker.

Fidelity is always fastest.

I was right, and the bashers , bottom feeders screaming the sky is falling were wrong again. BABL was able to get the name change done and move on.

One stock I married in 2020, went from a shell to a billion dollar market cap, with 5 times the float we will have with BABL when we get our shares back.

I will leave this meme for the ex-bashers
It fits the BS they posted, but I loved buying the cheap shares they sold short.

Fair enough. I will say that new owners usually do swaps like what was done today. Shares are swapped out for new issue so the new company controls the AS/OS shares. Very normal. No confusion. But you are right--many times shortsighted investors get stuck holding da' poop bag. Got to know when to hold ''em. Know when to fold 'em. Know when to waka away...So forth and so on/

Correct! :) The close the day prior to the split was .0085. What is killing me is that the Bid today is at .03. I am hoping that no unsuspecting person accidentally thinks that we are on the "old share structure". The spread between Bid and Ask today should be criminal! They should close that so someone doesn't make a HUGE mistake selling for .03.

Hang Loose, you probably have figured out that the 1 for 100 is nothing but "window dressing". Nothing changes as far as the dollars in your account. The share price being higher makes it look like there is actually a going concern on the other end. Reducing the shares outstanding can also benefit the company during big volume days. (Should they have one) :)

lol little lamb. I'm smart enough to never buy into a reverse split or share offering. A reverse split is never good for the shareholders. Anyone supporting a reverse split on this tiny float is out of their mind. Needs to study these types of stocks more closely and understand the reasoning. It's completely bearish now with the split. Did not need a reverse split.

My shares went 1 for 100 in my Fidelity Account. You are correct on what you saw. I was the sell earlier and yes, I had 1.6 Million shares pre split. I had a sell in at 1.25 which is the new equivalent to my "break even" to try and get out of this stock. I had a fill for just 900 shares total. After that the Ask moved to 1.24. When I put in my break even--the Ask moved to 1.25. The Bid hasn't changed much of the day. It is showing you can sell for .03.

IMO, they'll certainly increase the shares once they convert to NFTM.
