BioCube, Inc. (OTCQB: BICB) (PINKSHEETS: BICB), a "Life Sciences" company that specializes in advancing the use of electro-chemical activation (ECA) technology in today's commercial markets, provides the following interim update on its activities:

• Name change from Alliance Networks Communications Holdings, Inc. to BioCube Inc. has been completed.
• All development activities in the field of communication and protection devices have been discontinued.
• The sole focus of the Company will be aerosol-generating systems using electro-chemically activated solutions.
• Corporate website is in the final stages of development and will go live within next 7-10 days.
• Cooperation with its research development partners is being extended to cover additional products.
• Targeted marketplace, both domestic and international has been set.
• Product development scope and priorities have been finalized.

As previously announced by BioCube, Inc., it is collaborating with Battelle Memorial Institute (Battelle), the operator of U.S. Department of Energy's Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) and its Russian research partner, Institute of Highly Pure Elements in St. Petersburg Russia to complete the development of an environmentally safe decontamination system modeled after research conducted at PNNL. The system developed at PNNL has demonstrated effective handling of microbial and fungal cells, spores, and viruses that are the core of such infections as MRSA infection, Avian Flu, Swine Flu and common molds.
