I've been around for a long time, I have never seen it go this way so quickly. Like I said yesterday, usually you'd get a few AS raises, more dilution then maybe a RS. Just so odd and blatent it seems now.

This would be the most egregious example of a CEO pumping a company with realistic, amazing news and forecast, and then going dark on filings and communication to yield, stop sign, expert market (if those happen) of any penny stock I've been in

While I'm not adding here and pulled a higher bid the other day, I'm keeping some shares and riding those out on the slim chance this is Dave's idea of a quiet period before something big. Either that or a potential lawsuit if the company ends up being successful, as it seems to have a good chance compared to the vast majority of penny plays

So far the tally as til today we are looking at 200 million shares traded since Monday.

Could there be someone looking to purchase BLEG hence the silence from them and seeing large amounts on the bid size.

Trying to stay positive at the moment but who knows.

Remember, the HUGE RED FLAG was when Dave originally said he didn't know of any conversions, then you and a bunch pressured him and then ALL OF A SUDDEN he knew about them. It was all a scam....a big ellaborate scam.

They were all bid wacks, including mine. I was watching it happen real time and decided to get out before no bid.

Oh, it is, but those buys have caught my attention.

From a high of .0062 to a present bid of .0005, unbelievably disappointing to say the least. Volume of 60 million and down another 25%. I call this pretty ugly.

Wow! 45m went off as buys in every imaginal amount at .0006. I have no explanation on what the hell is happening. But something seems to be going on just way too many buys. Damn!

Just unbelievable! I certainly do not recommend this as a buy.

This is now a gamblers hand, and I am still in, even bought more. LOL

I am going to say it's not good. I am in another company that hasn't PRd in over a year, doesn't answer emails, buts posts Qs and annual on time all the time.

The fact that they haven't posted even the late filing tells me they are letting this fall off. We will get Stop Sign shortly then most likely EM right after that.

Not a peep from management so I think we are done here. IMO

I've stated a few times,  at the time he mentioned a Buy Back he actually diluted into the OS.  It showed in the filings, it wasn't my opinion.

A while back I was hoping for one less zero heading into the New Year, but now make that 2 less zeros.

I know probably unlikely, being that the pps is so low could they be finally collecting shares for that buyout program?

The past three days including today there was 125 million shares traded for a combine approximately $111,000.

Didn’t they state they were setting aside $150k

i argued with oswald so many times over clark, spikes etc. what did oswald do? did deals with those same mofo's. i sold on the day oswald did the deal with clark. that was it and i knew oswald was not outside but just a frontman so they could dump the preffereds.

It's not really about being right. All these have potential of making money, scam or not. But 99.99% of OTC stocks never amount to anything. NEVER hold OTC stocks LONG.

BLEG Share Structure was and still is tasty but to have a CEO go completely dark like this, this early in the small share structure game is definitely something I haven't seen. Usually they raise the AS, dilute, Raise, then RS....then dissappear.

I forgot to mention this possibility in my last post.

We know something is brewing.

Now let me make this point. Not all is lost if the company decides to discontinue the current MJ business model.

Remember, take this in account. If all else fails, we have what is left a great Shell Company and a very attractive share structure that we have ownership and ripe for R/M candidate.

If this is the case. The element left standing is a Shell Company without debt and no business model. As I mentioned yesterday that preferred wants out and this may denote that the company will become a Shell Company looking for a marriage- new private business model. This will be the only value left that puts current shareholders in a very promising position.

Just a thought, but a very valuable one that I know many of you have been in awaiting Shell opportunities.

Not all is lost if this is the remaining option. One reason why I continue to hold and bought into this yesterday for such an outcome.

Public companies that are shell Companies are in high demand and offer unique opportunities for holders.

I agree with you 1000 percent. Dave is $hit and scammed all of us of our hard earned money. This company is toast and poor leadership.

Dave is nothing but a piece of shit OTC CEO that prayed on his shareholders by speaking what we wanted to hear and doing the exact opposite. 

That's what happens when you get scammed by an OTC CEO.  I've been saying for months to not trust otc ceos.  Everyone here kept thinking dave was the next coming of Jesus.

It was clear as day after he said buyback but then shoved dilution up outer arses.
