On July 31, 2024 Mark A. Smith (“MAS”),
commenced his long-anticipated retirement including from his various positions (including Director, President, Interim Chief Financial
Officer and General Counsel) at the Company (and its subsidiaries) effective the end of business on July 31, 2024.
Effective August 1, 2024, Stephen Craig Scott has
assumed the role of Interim CEO; Greg Schoener will continue in his role as Interim COO.
