of Bonal International, Inc. (OTC: BONL) have appointed
directors to fill four vacancies to the company's board of
directors. The vacancies resulted from deaths and resignations of
previous directors.
Appointed were, Mr. Henry P.
Mitchell, JD, CPA, an attorney in private practice in
southeast Michigan, Mr.
John A. Hebel, a former fifteen year
manufacturing manager of the company's subsidiary and currently a
senior buyer in purchasing with a domestic automotive company, Mr.
Thomas E. Hebel, a vice president of
the company's subsidiary and Mr. Paul Y.
Hebel, president of Bonal Corporation which was previously
affiliated with Bonal Technologies, Inc. the company's
subsidiary.
Mr. A. George Hebel, III,
chairman, said that moving to a seven member board with a
well-rounded and diverse talent will help the company in its
endeavor for future growth.
