I don't know. I think the odds of his analysis are just as great as all of the sudden after 15+ months of closing on land that we finally get storage, mixing, and JV notices to come out. I imagine the odds like a bell curve, and I am very fearful we have passed the height of chances on that curve and our trending downward.
We are very near the 52 week low. Also low volume on average. What will be the impetus of a stock jump? The company's ongoing methodology of being silent obviously isn't the trick.
Still hopeful. Still have far too much stock than I should. Still would love to be positively surprised. And man, after these years - it would be a great surprise

Well, it wouldn't be her job to make sure CBRF made a deal to develop the land.
Might be her job to grease the wheels from an environmental perspective and potentially any other influence/insights into country/local/state issues.

The Lorton's are smart. They still own the land and they are getting CBRF to do all the necessary repairs to the land at no expense to them. Then they foreclose and have a gold mine on their books. 

Fat load of good it's doing us, though.

Nothing like having some pull with the environmental commission in the area your business is in.

The estate still owns the CBRF shares but it is interesting that a Lorton .... and pretty sure she's a party to the estate ..... is the highest ranking executive of the environmental commission that would have something to say about redevelopment of property that is owned by company you might eventually own shares in ..... eh ??

I am guessing most folks here aren't looking too deeply at all things CBRF cause too many asking anonymous message board posters with zero credibility ... what's going on ???? 99% sure this hasn't been posted previous ..... I've known about it for a while but since it is more prominent on FDEP docs these days .......... I'll mention it since it's one of those "things that make you go .... hmmmmmmm".

Another FDEP doc posted .... this one from Hillsborough County Environmental Protection Commission accepting / approving last TEC invoice payout. But just looking at the doc I was reminded the list of directors for HCEPC is interesting ... in particular the Executive Director.

I just look for a 10% profit. I put my buy order in the minute I sell them. Then the market does the rest. No timing involved. 

Ha, I don’t have the infallible foresight of some others to only buy shares when at the absolute bottom and always sell at the top. (not implying your trades). Unfortunately, I wasn’t blessed with perfect timing!

I only wish I could unload my shares without babysitting them for weeks. I mean what size block moves the price 10 cents? 10K, 25K?

I am going to sell some though because I’m loading up on AAPL LEAP options. Probably some NVDA and AMD too … we’ll see.
