Anyway looks like yet again a false start something going on considering finra was supposed to be done last year one has to question if this will ever happen

The thing is once you open a Schwab account, you can deposit funds and place orders on stocks all across the range, whether it's with the OTC, NASDAQ, NYSE, bonds, etc.
Once you decide to sell, you own the assets in your brokerage account

Yeah fair enough. But you don't need holding statements when you buy or sell online, which is what a few of us do. I'm an Aussie and I have a Charles Schwab account, which allows me to transfer funds from my Australian bank account to my Charles Schwab account and vice versa when selling etc

Cycclone bought in to China Dasheng Biotechnology which was and still is public listed on the OTCBB pink sheets.
This is what investors have been doing for the last few years, buying and selling.

The company has no control whatsoever of when FINRA decides to list the name change.
All they can do is to forward any info that FINRA may require.
All we can do is sit and wait

Still not on OTC Markets, ihub etc. So if a prospective shareholder comes across CDBT, depending on where they look, there's a fair chance of them going elsewhere until FINRA clears the name change

I search CDBT through ihub or OTC Markets using the ticker code and it comes up with China Dasheng Biotechnology Co everytime.
If you look through the filings, you see Cycclone Inc. but only as pending.
It won't be showing Cycclone Inc until FINRA has okayed everything, and then we'll be ready to rock

Well if I had to guess, I'd like to think the next two to three weeks, things may start happening.
Mainly because FINRA have been dickin around with this since September 30th. Surely the name change approval must be getting close.
I've a gut feeling that once Cycclone Inc is formally announced as our company, action will begin to ramp up.
At the moment it's a waste of time with a crap name of China Dasheng whatever, which doesn't interest anybody and has zero relevance to magnetic engines JMHO

10Q quarterly ending 30th September 2024 is out.
In it is proof of imminent CDBT name change to Cycclone Inc pending FINRA approval

If I were you I’d get myself another accountant.

Our accountant contacted them and they have no record of name change awaiting finalisation on their part

They advised us we would be trading by Aug then Sept then Oct and now Nov and still waiting just want re pop the money that was given to them so long ago with the promise of dividends that never horned then the bitcoin bullshit I do t thi n we will ever trade

So please explain how you know that FINRA doesn’t know anything about the name change ???
