The A.R.T. Digital and Plains Energy joint venture is a big deal. Along with the announcement of the Hillmont facility on March 26th and Forced Physics LOI on January 7th A.R.T. Digital is staking a claim and moving forward beyond my expectations. The only downside is they have redefined the phrase “patience”. Even though they bring a level of frustration for various reasons I’m willing to wait for A.R.T. Digital to become more than what I thought it would.

The only way that 160mil is not being flipped is if that was company insider that bought or indeed that was hedge/MM settling because of OTC exchange trading system change soon and realizing this probably wont see two's in volume with filings coming in before then
