Capgemini CEO: '09 Organic Sales To Fall 5.5%, No View On '10

Dow Jones News
French IT services group Capgemini SA (CAP.FR) expects a revenue
decline of 5.5% on an organic basis, with a 9% drop in the second
half of the year alone, Chief Executive Paul Hermelin said
Thursday.
That appears to be a downgrade of the company's previous
forecast for a full-year organic revenue decline of 3%-4%, on the
basis of constant perimeter and exchange rates, with a second-half
drop of 4%-6%.
Hermelin said it is too early to qualify or quantify the
financial trend in 2010, though the company said earlier in the day
that there are signs its business activity has been stabilizing,
with some market segments turning upward.
