Snoopy have you called corporate office. I called corporate office a couple months ago, got a generic answering machine. Left message and never heard anything back. Frustrated that company cannot generate any financials. Operating clinics yes but are all the dollars go to the employed physician that is a now a majority owner in salary rather than generating actual corporate earnings.

Where are you getting info that new center are opening. I think this company has some great potential but it is being operated like a private company not a public company.

Nothing on website added in over a year. Last sec filing, press release and/or company update is March 2013. Not sure what you see but website doesn't give me any good vibes about an ongoing viable operation. I'm hanging in as my stock worth a fraction of original and thought with a "real" company one of these penny stocks could be a good one. Still hoping!!

(MaloneBaily LLP i think?)If actually done, should be seeing something other than web site financials that haven't changed in a year! Hard to imagine any action here until they get their SEC filings updated and "real" financials for investors to evaluate.

Anyone know how long it takes for a company like this to straighten out financials and get on with trading? At least there was some volume when i got in this a few months ago. Hopefully there will be some good news before long like 10q report or new accounts,thoughts anyone?
